About Manak

Manak Mann joined Mathews Samac LLP as an articling student in 2025 and was called to the bar in 2026. His litigation practice covers civil and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder and business conflicts, debt recovery, defamation claims, and estate litigation, and he has appeared before the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2023 and previously completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University. He also completed the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University from 2024 to 2025.
