About Todd

Todd Schindeler advises clients in the industrial and manufacturing, utilities, energy, retail, services, consulting, and technology sectors on complex contracting and project matters. His work includes developing contracting strategies for large-scale projects and corporate joint ventures, advising on supply chain and long-term service agreements, and drafting shipbuilding and ship construction contracts for the marine and offshore industries. He also structures multi-tier contract arrangements, manages contract performance disputes, and advises on industrial security matters including personnel screening and controlled goods compliance. He earned his LLB from Dalhousie University in 2009, a PhD from the University of British Columbia in 1998, and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia in 1990. He was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2010.
