About Todd
Todd C. Harvey is a partner in Baker Newby's solicitors' group with extensive experience advising on estate matters, including applications for Grants of Probate and Administration, estate accounting, and settlement of estate disputes, as well as estate planning, incapacity planning and business succession planning. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in philosophy from Simon Fraser University in 1996 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2001, articled at a corporate-commercial firm in Vancouver, and was called to the bar in 2002. He joined Baker Newby in September 2002 and became a partner in January 2006; his real estate practice focuses on the purchase and sale of farms. Harvey was a founding member of the Estate Planning Council of Abbotsford in 2003 and was appointed Vice-Chair of the Chilliwack Hospital Foundation in September 2025.
