About Tobor
Tobor Emakpor is a partner in Osler's Construction and Infrastructure Specialty Group. He has years of experience leading P3 and alternative finance and procurement projects across Canada, the United Kingdom and West Africa, concentrating on health care, education and transportation. He also brings substantial experience in M&A, private equity deals, and joint venture and partnering arrangements. His project leadership includes major hospital and school procurements in Alberta and British Columbia, and, while based in the UK, several PFI school and hospital schemes. Before Osler, he was a partner at a major international firm in the United Kingdom. He holds an LLB from the University of Essex.
