Paul Davis litigates class actions and complex commercial cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving product liability, copyright, employment, securities, franchises, and institutional abuse. He is a director of the Osgoode Society for Canadian Legal History and a former adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.
