About Tito

Tito Kurc represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including corporate, estate, employment and general civil disputes, and has appeared before courts in Alberta and Saskatchewan. While studying at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, he founded the university's chapter of the Runnymede Society and served as its president for two years, and was elected Social Director for the college's Law Students' Association. He was recognized with the Canadian Bar Association Saskatchewan Branch Award of Excellence for his community involvement during law school. He earned his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020 and a B.A. from the University of Calgary in 2017, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2021. He sits on the Board of Directors of Mount Joy Snow Resort, a non-profit that supports youth wellness through skiing and snowboarding.
