About Olivia

Olivia Goertzen is an associate at RDM Lawyers whose litigation practice covers commercial litigation, estate litigation, small claims matters and residential tenancy disputes. Born and raised in Chilliwack, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of the Fraser Valley and her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She first joined RDM as a summer student in 2023, returned in 2024 to complete her articles, and continued with the firm as an associate. As a lifelong Fraser Valley resident, she focuses on practical advice and effective advocacy for clients navigating legal disputes.
