About Tina

Tina Cai practises primarily in civil litigation, with a focus on contractual disputes, fraud and debt recovery, and also works on wills and estates and employment law matters. Before joining WBA Law, she worked at a mid-size Calgary firm assisting individual and institutional clients on matters ranging from collections and judgment enforcement to professional regulatory issues. Tina attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan and articled at a boutique Calgary firm. She is a founding board member of the Calgary branch of the Women's Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF).
