About Daniel

Daniel Jackman is a lawyer at Blain Legal, practising primarily in personal injury, wills and estates, commercial litigation, and privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice (Civil) and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and has prepared submissions for the Alberta Court of Appeal. Daniel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association, and currently sits on the Alberta CBA Privacy Committee (South Section) and the Alberta CBA Personal Injury Committee.
