About David

David James joined WBA Law as an associate in 2019 and became partner in 2021. After law school he articled with a full-service firm in south-east Saskatchewan, staying on as an associate until relocating to Calgary in 2018, and worked across corporate commercial, oil and gas, agricultural law, estate planning and estate administration. He now practises primarily in corporate and commercial law, advising on reorganizations, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance, as well as commercial and residential real estate. David has appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench and the Saskatchewan Provincial Court and has experience with mediations and alternative dispute resolution.
