About Tim

Tim Heneghan is a senior associate at Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP who represents employees across the range of employment law disputes. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and pursue resolutions that preserve their dignity throughout the process. Before joining the firm, Tim was a staff lawyer with the Canadian Centre for Housing Rights, where he helped low-income tenants fight evictions, resolve maintenance disputes, and challenge illegal rent increases at administrative tribunals. Earlier in his career he articled and practiced litigation at a major national law firm, including secondments to the Bank of Montreal and Volkswagen Group Canada. Tim holds an Honours BA in Political Studies from Queen's University and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University, and he was valedictorian of his law school graduating class.
