About Calvin
Calvin Leung is a partner in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group at Osler's Montreal office. He practices corporate law, concentrating on venture capital, growth capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions for emerging and high growth companies. He advises clients throughout their corporate life cycle on negotiated and contested transactions, strategic investments, recapitalizations, and reorganizations. He also counsels investment funds on formation, portfolio investments, and divestitures. Calvin was named a lawyer to watch in mergers and acquisitions by Best Lawyers in Canada. He is admitted to the bar in Quebec, Ontario, and New York.
