Lillian De Pena is a dually trained lawyer with experience in corporate law, international arbitration, and financial services, advising clients on cross-border disputes and commercial risk management. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. cum laude from Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic, and previously worked in-house in the financial sector.
