About Tiffany

Tiffany Phan is an associate whose practice centers on criminal litigation at the trial level, representing clients facing a range of charges in and around the GTA. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School after completing an Honours BA in Human Rights and Equity Studies at York University and a BSc in Immunology at the University of Alberta. During her studies she researched the racially discriminatory history of Canada's anti-narcotics laws through a York University assistantship funded by the Dean's Award for Research Excellence, and volunteered with Amnesty International, Pro Bono Students Canada and Cannabis Amnesty. She first joined her firm as a Criminal Law Intensive Program student before returning as a summer student, articling student and now associate.
