About Thomas
Thomas O'Leary is a founding partner with more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, advising businesses, non-profits and individuals on contract, construction, shareholder, environmental, regulatory and insurance coverage disputes. He has appeared before trial and appellate courts and in arbitrations, mediations and regulatory proceedings, with particular depth in oil and gas matters. He is a qualified arbitrator through ADRIC and trained as a mediator at Harvard, and volunteers as a youth sports coach and trial advocacy instructor. Thomas was called to the Alberta bar in 1991 and holds a law degree from the University of British Columbia and a BA from the University of Western Ontario.
