About Nabeel

Nabeel Moallem is an Associate at DWF Canada in Vancouver, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Leicester and a B.A. in economics from Simon Fraser University, and is proficient in Farsi and English. As the firm's subrogation practice group leader, he helps clients manage risk and resolve claims involving property, construction, contract and insurance matters, representing property owners, developers, contractors and strata corporations before provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and administrative tribunals. He volunteers in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and with Access Pro Bono.
