A partner in the firm's Toronto office and member of the Financial Institutions & Services Group, Thomas Subic focuses on debt financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged acquisition financings, project finance, asset-based lending, and debt restructuring. He acts for banks, asset-based lenders, private debt funds and corporate borrowers, and also represents secured creditors and receivers on restructuring and insolvency matters. His clients span manufacturing, automotive, agriculture, food services, pharmaceutical, aviation, telecommunications, shipping and logistics, healthcare, mining and retail.
