About Shaoor
Shaoor Ahmad works as an associate whose corporate practice centers on private equity deals, forming private funds, and handling mergers and acquisitions, alongside arbitration and international dispute work. Shaoor previously served in Pakistan's Office of the Attorney General, working within the International Disputes Unit on arbitrations, diplomatic negotiations, and international proceedings on the state's behalf. Shaoor earned an LLB from the University of London International Programs in 2013, an LLM and LPC from the University of Law in 2015, and an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021, and was called to the bar in Pakistan in 2016 and in Ontario in 2022.
