About Thomas

Thomas (Tom) G. O'Neil, K.C., leads Pink Larkin's Saint John office, bringing civil litigation experience alongside his background as a professional engineer to commercial and construction disputes and product liability matters. He works with private companies, public institutions, and governments across industries including construction, property development, energy, natural resources, insurance, and manufacturing. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Class Action Litigation, Construction Law, and Corporate and Commercial Litigation, and by Chambers Canada for Construction Law. A University of New Brunswick alumnus, he was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1975 and received his Queen's Counsel designation in 1992. He is a former President of the New Brunswick Branch of the Canadian Bar Association and a fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
