About Thomas
Thomas Falcone holds an LLB from the University of London and two LLMs, in taxation and in common law, from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. He practises commercial litigation and arbitration, public law matters such as judicial reviews and constitutional challenges, tax litigation, and cross-border and investor-state disputes, and has appeared before British Columbia courts and Alberta's Court of Justice as well as through the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre. Before law he worked as a senior consultant at a large accounting firm and as a corporate immigration consultant in Singapore and Malaysia, and he co-chairs the Vancouver chapter of the Runnymede Society.
