About Jeffery

Jeffery Wittmann was called to the Ontario bar in 1992 and to the British Columbia bar in 1995 after earning his law degree from the University of Ottawa. He has more than 30 years of trial experience across all levels of British Columbia courts, including appellate work, in matters spanning defamation, wrongful dismissal, commercial disputes, creditors' remedies, estate litigation, strata property, and real estate. His practice increasingly focuses on entertainment and technology law, including internet regulation and privacy and copyright compliance, and he has handled emerging matters involving deepfakes and artificial intelligence.
