About Max

Max Wolinsky holds a JD from the University of British Columbia and practises charities and business law, advising entrepreneurs, small businesses, charities, and other non-profit entities on corporate structuring, commercial transactions, charitable gift planning, and regulatory matters. Before law school he worked as an executive chef in the hospitality industry. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
