About Terence

Terence Arthur maintains a general practice covering civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate, wills and estates, construction and builder's liens, employment, insurance, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy and insolvency, foreclosures, landlord and tenant matters, and commercial litigation. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Provincial Court of Alberta. Before law school he worked as a lifeguard, retail associate, and construction labourer, graduating with honours distinction from the University of Waterloo and earning his J.D. from the University of Alberta in 2017. He practised in Vegreville, Alberta from 2017 to 2021 with clients in farming, agriculture, energy, waste disposal, construction, and various trades before joining Emery Jamieson.
