Gerald B. Heinrichs practices out of Regina and handles a broad range of matters including business law, civil litigation, family law, personal injury, real estate and wills and estates, along with foreign corporations and labour disputes. Heinrichs has built an extensive practice across Saskatchewan, appearing in North Battleford, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw and Regina, and has numerous reported decisions in civil litigation. Heinrichs earned a B.A. with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 and an LL.B. from the University of Alberta in 1987, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1988. Heinrichs has authored more than thirty published works on legal topics affecting families and consumers, and belongs to the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
