About Claire

Claire Klassen's practice is focused on family law, including divorce, custody and access matters, child and spousal support, and division of property for married and cohabiting couples, as well as emerging issues such as grandparents' rights and the legal rights of same-sex couples. Her background as a clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, and her appearances there on behalf of interveners on Charter issues, has given her significant experience in constitutional litigation.
