About Brian

Brian Wells's practice covers commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, debt collection, and construction law, and he regularly appears before the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice. He joined Emery Jamieson in 2023 as an articling student after earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, and continues to volunteer with the King's Bench Court Assistance Program. He served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over twelve years before law school and is originally from the Medicine Hat area.
