About Ted

Ted is Counsel on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Taxation Law Team, focusing on income taxation, HST and non-resident tax planning and dispute resolution. He has negotiated settlements with the Canada Revenue Agency and appeared in the Tax Court of Canada, and has completed the CICA's In-Depth Income Tax and HST/GST courses. Ted earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1998 and a master's degree in Economics from McGill University. He's a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Tax Foundation, and serves on a local school advisory council.
