About Sophie
Sophie Courtois is a senior associate at Torys, working out of the firm's Toronto office. Sophie's practice centers on corporate and commercial law as well as securities law. Within these areas, Sophie concentrates on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance matters. Sophie takes an active role in the firm's mentorship and training programs for students and associates. While attending law school, Sophie spent time volunteering at the McGill Legal Information Clinic. Sophie also served as a tutorial leader for a course on civil obligations.
