About Alanna

Alanna is Counsel at BOYNECLARKE LLP, assisting clients with corporate law, trust and estate planning, real estate, and probate and estate administration. She advises owner-managed and family businesses on succession planning, estate planning and corporate reorganizations, often working alongside accountants and financial planners. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria, a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner diploma from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She's a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and secretary of ElderDog Canada.
