About A.

Larry is Counsel to BOYNECLARKE LLP's Wills and Estates team, with a forty-year career resolving conflicts in the administration of estates. He has acted for executors and administrators in several hundred estates and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, and the province's probate courts. Larry earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1975 and helped shape Nova Scotia's current Probate Act as a Canadian Bar Association representative on the province's Law Reform Commission. He taught civil trial practice part-time at Dalhousie Law School for eight years and was appointed King's Counsel in 1998.
