About Ted
Ted Flett is a partner at Zubas Flett Liberatore Law LLP who represents both employers and employees across all areas of employment law. He articled and practised at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and later worked in-house at Bell Canada, handling both plaintiff and defendant civil litigation as well as advisory work, experience he now applies to resolve workplace disputes efficiently. He has appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and favours negotiation and mediation where possible. Before law school he worked in public relations and strategic communications. Ted holds a BA in Political Science from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a JD from the University of New Brunswick, where he was named valedictorian of his class. He volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario and Canada's Queer Chamber of Commerce.
