About Emily
Emily Wuschnakowski became part of Naymark Law's team in 2024, having just finished her articling term as a judicial clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she worked with Divisional Court judges and built experience in administrative and public law. Before that, she held legal and policy positions at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Ministry of Transportation, and Ministry of Health. She earned her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, finishing within the top five percent of her class after interning at the Federal Court of Canada, taking on research roles in constitutional and immigration law and legal technology, and staying active in student life through publishing, conference presentations, mentoring, and volunteering for the Community & Legal Aid Services Program. Prior to law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Toronto in 2020, earning several academic awards and ranking among the top ten graduates in her department.
