About Tara

Tara holds the role of Employment and Labour Lawyer within Osler Works – HR, a group that applies technology to modernize employment law practice. Based in Ottawa, she has adapted document automation tools for employment agreements and applied artificial intelligence to improve diligence work. Beyond that role, she advises clients on employment standards, privacy, human rights, workplace investigations and terminations, and helps employers design compensation and incentive plans. Tara earned her law degree at the University of Ottawa along with an undergraduate degree in political science and communication.
