About Jason

Jason Mercier is associate counsel in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses on health law and medical defence. As counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA), Jason advises on matters involving the defence of physicians across Canada and other complex medico-legal issues.
