About Christiane

Christiane McGovern is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing corporate commercial law with emphasis on technology, telecommunications and corporate governance matters. She regularly prepares and negotiates commercial agreements relating to cloud computing, data security, intellectual property, software services and collocation arrangements, and advises not-for-profit corporations and Crown corporations on governance and strategic board matters.
