About Stuart

Stuart Clark is a partner at Hull & Hull, where he became an associate back in 2012 right after being called to the bar, having summered and articled there beforehand. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Guelph, where he studied history and political science. Stuart has co-authored several papers, including one on costs in estate litigation written with Ian M. Hull and presented at a 2012 Law Society of Upper Canada program, and another on interim orders for dependant support written with Suzana Popovic-Montag, presented at the Law Society's Six-Minute Estates Lawyer program that same year. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
