About Serena
Serena Feeney practices expropriation law, acting for both landowners and expropriating public authorities across Ontario. She earned her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University and was called to the bar in 2024, having completed her articles with the largest school board in Canada with a focus on advocacy and dispute resolution. During law school, Serena co-founded the Dalhousie Access to Justice Association and competed on the university's sailing team, and she received the Insolvency Institute of Canada Prize in Insolvency Studies and the Schulich Scholarship in Law. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and worked as a consultant at a multinational professional services firm, supporting clients across North America. Serena speaks French and Spanish.
