About Tammy

Tammy practices in Aboriginal law, Indigenous governance, constitutional law, appellate litigation, energy law and administrative law. She has represented the Council of Yukon First Nations in Supreme Court of Canada cases including Dickson v Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation and the Reference re An Act respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families. She has also represented the British Columbia Utilities Commission in multiple appeals before the BC Court of Appeal. Before joining Ratcliff, she worked at international, national and regional law firms, including pro bono work on reproductive rights advocacy. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2008 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013.
