About Paul

Paul Hildebrand is Senior Counsel at Lidstone & Company and heads the firm's Litigation Department. He won the Gold Medal in law at the University of British Columbia in 1980 and holds a PhD in Economics and a Master of Science in mathematics in addition to his law degree. Over nearly 29 years practising complex litigation, including a 12-year stint with McAlpine & Company, Hildebrand has handled defence of claims, insurance matters, injunctions, appeals, and other litigation for local government clients, along with arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. He has also worked on securities financings for public and private companies and on real estate transactions.
