About Mohammed

Mohammed Muraj is counsel with a background in technology and blockchain, working with start-ups and fintech companies on significant transactions and helping them meet evolving governance and regulatory requirements. His corporate law practice centers on the technology and blockchain sectors, and he has advised on various M&A and corporate finance deals while providing structuring and regulatory guidance. As part of the firm's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group, Mohammed draws on his industry background in blockchain, cybersecurity, and software to support both small and large clients in capital markets, fintech, and technology. He has been a panelist for a University of Toronto LLM course on blockchain and securities law and has lectured at the University of Ottawa's law school on blockchain topics.
