About Tamer

Tamer S. Obeidat is a partner at Edmonton Law Office who grew up in Edmonton and graduated from law school at Bond University in Australia, where he was an active member of the Canadian Law Students Association and won moot advocacy competitions in constitutional and criminal law. His legal practice focuses primarily on family and criminal law, with extensive experience handling emergency protection orders, restraining orders, common law relationship disputes, separations, divorces, and matrimonial and family property disputes, as well as custody, access, and support matters. In criminal matters, he handles drug-related offences, assaults, and young offender cases. Obeidat is fluent in English and Arabic.
