About Belal

Belal Najmeddine is the founder and managing partner of Edmonton Law Office, which he established in 2018. Born and raised in Edmonton, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2008, taking every available law class during his degree, then earned his law degree with honours from Bond University in 2011. Before opening his own firm, he worked at a national law firm's Calgary office and later its Edmonton office. Najmeddine's practice centres on family law, real estate, and wills and estates, with additional experience in guardianship and trusteeship applications, adoptions, civil disputes, and pardon applications. He has handled numerous complex custody and property matters, support disputes, and emergency protection applications. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
