About Devinder

Devinder Bath is a lawyer at Edmonton Law Office who practises immigration and family law, representing clients in matters ranging from family sponsorships to complex immigration appeals and deportation cases. Before immigrating to Canada in 1997, he worked for nine years as an Advocate at the Punjab & Haryana High Court in Chandigarh, India. He was called to the Ontario bar in early 2007 and built a practice in the Toronto area handling divorce matters, property disputes, and child and spousal support and parenting time issues. Bath is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, and outside the office plays competitively at various tennis clubs.
