About Paulina
Paulina Taneva is counsel at Torys LLP in Toronto. Her corporate and securities practice emphasizes corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions across various industries. She has represented both issuers and underwriters in public offerings of debt and equity and regularly advises companies on continuous disclosure and stock exchange requirements. Before joining Torys, Taneva worked as a research assistant at Osgoode Hall Law School and as a project coordinator at the ACCESS-Sofia Foundation in Bulgaria.
