About Claire

Claire Chapman is a senior associate whose practice focuses on corporate law, particularly private equity investments and M&A. She has acted for both targets and acquirors on domestic and cross-border deals, including acquisitions and divestitures, and has represented some of Canada's largest private equity firms, along with financial institutions, across a range of investment activities. She also volunteers her time with the Law in Action Within Schools program, which uses legal education to help high school students succeed academically and become engaged, active citizens.
