A partner in the firm's Real Estate, Environmental and Urban Development department based in Toronto, Syll Kushner focuses on the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, commercial real estate development, and real estate financing, asset and property management and leasing. He has particular experience advising on complex contaminated land disputes and settlements, and regularly advises on environmental risks in corporate transactions. He acts for domestic and foreign investors on acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and portfolios, and for landlords, tenants and institutional investors.
