About Elie

Elie Ghannoum transitioned from a large Bay Street firm to become a founding partner of GLG LLP in 2016. He serves clients ranging from start-up tech companies to large-scale cannabis licensed producers, with a general business law practice focused on corporate law and commercial real estate, including incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder planning. He attended law school at Western University.
