About Susan
Susan Rosenthal is a partner at Davies Howe LLP focused on land use planning and development, including cost sharing arrangements between developers. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 1983 and represents both individuals and corporations across the province on complex cost sharing agreements, planning applications and development charges. Her work also covers financing, development and conveyancing for commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-residential projects, and she regularly appears before the Divisional Court, the Ontario Land Tribunal and municipal councils. Before joining Davies Howe, Susan ran her own land use planning practice for ten years and served as in-house counsel for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. She also spent time in the corporate sector managing a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
