About Hilik
Hilik Elmaleh is the principal of Sommers Roth & Elmaleh, practising civil litigation with a particular focus on medical malpractice and personal injury. He has extensive trial experience and is recognized across Canada for his work in medical and obstetrical negligence litigation, often being consulted by other malpractice lawyers on complex matters. Hilik has lectured at continuing education conferences and at Osgoode Hall Law School, and contributes to the Advocates' Quarterly journal. He studied at the University of Warwick Law School and Ottawa University Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1997.
