About Robin
Robin Jawanda is a Partner at Keystone Law Group, practising in financial services, real estate, and wills and estates. He advises lenders and borrowers on debt financing, asset-based financing, and real estate financing transactions, and has experience acting for landlords, tenants, and clients on development, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. His practice also includes estate planning and administration, including wealth transfer, incapacity, disability, wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, and probate. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where he served as Vice President - Services of the Law Students' Association. Before becoming a Partner at Keystone, he practised in the commercial real estate and financing group at a leading national firm.
